My journey began with independent rental market research, property opportunities and landlord outreach. I learned the importance of rental feasibility, clear agreements, property documentation and authorised leasing arrangements.

As I began supporting clients, my responsibilities expanded into Airbnb listings, reservations, guest communication, check-ins, housekeeping schedules and maintenance coordination, building practical experience in daily short-term rental operations.

EXPANDING INTO HOSPITALITY & OPERATIONS

My work grew to include landlord and lease administration, guest experience, pricing support, vendor coordination, boutique hospitality and business operations. International clients introduced me to different markets, property types and operational requirements.
